Choice to pick up at winery or have shipped
By providing your credit card information and signing below, you certify that you are 21 years of age or older and that someone 21 years of age or older will be available to sign for wine delivery. And you understand that:
• Membership requires a minimum one year commitment and will renew automatically until canceled via email.
• You will be billed for your order 5 times per year unless any subscription changes such as holds, refunds, or cancellations are requested via email 14 days prior to billing. No exceptions.
• Brennan Vineyards has permission to automatically charge your credit card for every wine club order including applicable sales tax, shipping and handling. Prices are subject to change.
• Brennan Vineyards reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice.
• Brennan Vineyards will automatically charge you a $15 non-refundable re-stocking fee if your allotment is not picked up within 60 days of billing. This $15 charge may be credited towards shipping should you decide to have your wine shipped at that time. Should you wish to pick up your wines at a later date after the non-refundable re-stocking fee, there will be no guarantee that you receive the same wine or vintage, only something comparable in price and style.
Subscriptions cancelled before the one year commitment period comes to an end are subject to a $50.00 Cancellation Fee
