Wine-Specific Conditions
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Brennan Vineyards LLC. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Brennan Vineyards LLC. are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Minimum Purchase
A minimum purchase of three (3) bottles is required.
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to the following states: Texas, California, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Washington DC. If Brennan Vineyards LLC. is unable to ship directly to your state, we can arrange for the sale and shipment of our products through a third party. Please note, when dealing through a third party, wine prices, discounts, and shipping costs may differ from those quoted by Brennan Vineyards LLC.
Shipping Costs
Federal Express Ground is Brennan Vineyards LLC. carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by Federal Express Ground at current market rates. *Note – If the customer selects Fed Ex Air as his or her carrier, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount.
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Brennan Vineyards LLC. is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
Terms and Conditions of Membership
Membership requires a minimum one year commitment and will renew automatically until canceled via email or telephone. Penalties for membership cancellation may apply if requested before the one year commitment expires.
You will be billed for your order (3,6, or 12 bottles depending on your membership level) 4 times per year (February, May, September, and December) unless a hold is requested via email 14 days prior to billing. No exceptions.
Brennan Vineyards has permission to automatically charge your credit card for every wine club order including applicable sales tax, shipping, and handling. Prices are subject to change.
Brennan Vineyards reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice.
Brennan Vineyards will automatically charge you a $15.00 non refundable restocking fee if your allotment is not picked up within 60 days of billing.
This $15.00 charge may be credited towards shipping costs should you decide to have your wine shipped at that time. Should you wish to pick up your wines at a later date after the non refundable restocking fee, there will be no guarantee that you receive the same wine or vintage, only wines that are comparable in price and style.
